The itinerary starts in Cape Town with all the excursions planned on a private basis and continues towards Hermanus, considered the best location for the sighting of southern whales. In Hermanus there is also the opportunity to make a unique excursion, the cage dive to see the white shark up close. From Hermanus, you can visit the famous vineyards of the Cape with a private and expert guide, in one of the most wonderful hotels in the world – the Residence – in the heart of the Cape’s vineyards.

The grand finale is the South African safari in Madikwe – malaria-free reserve, in the exceptional Molori Safari Lodge, awarded worldwide for design, safari experience and hospitality.

Travel idea to customize

Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a person in charge of services preferential formalities directly from the aircraft and facilitated in the customs and immigration procedures with assistance and reserved lanes. Meeting with the Italian speaking guide/driver at the airport who will welcome you and transfer you by private car to the hotel – The Bay Hotel located in Camps Bay.

Day 2: Table Mountain and panoramic tour by car

In the early afternoon (around 13.45), departure for the visit of the cities with Italian speaking guide/driver – excursion / private services. The city tour starts with Table Mountain or Signal Hill – both are time dependent as it is not allowed to access them in bad time (entrance tickets are excluded because ‘the visit cannot be guaranteed. The cost is ZAR 205 per person). Continue for a scenic drive around Clifton and Sea Point and Green Market Square. Walk in the Company Gardens with a visit to the Town Hall building and the Parliament. Being a guided tour of the private city, the guide is flexible both in the order of the visits and in replacing any with the customer’s preferences at the moment. The only limit is that the distance of the places must remain within the city limits.

Day 3: Cape of Good Hope and Penguin sighting

Day dedicated to the excursion of the Cape of Good Hope, with Italian speaking guide/driver. Excursion / private services. (departure between 08.00 and 08.30 and return scheduled around 17.30).

The scenic route along the west coast admiring the beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay to Hout Bay. Boat excursion to the Island of the Seals to see the Cape Seal colonies. Visit Kirstenbosch park/gardens and lunch at Kalk Bay. Continue to the natural reserve of the Cape of Good Hope. The view of the sea and the peninsula is amazing! In the afternoon visit Boulders Beach to admire the African Penguin colony.

Day 4: Transfer to Hermanus

Breakfast at the hotel and departure by private transfer to Hermanus, a small town 120 km from Cape Town, considered a privileged place for whale watching in the period from July to December.

Day 5: Visit of the village of Hermanus

Free day to visit the village of Hermanus, sight the whales or participate in the famous White Shark Cage Diving (dive with the white shark) – for those who love strong and unique experiences!

Day 6: Tour in the South African vineyard area

After breakfast, you will be greeted by the Italian speaking guide/driver who will transfer you to the beautiful estate, La Residence. Along the way, you will make a full day excursion to the renowned South African vineyard area.

Day 7: Safari in the Madikwe National Park

Breakfast at La Residence and private transfer to Cape Town International to continue with a domestic flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival you will be met by a Federal Air representative who will accompany you to the charter company terminal scheduled to proceed to Madikwe National Park, Molori Game Reserve.

Day 8 to 9: photographic safari in the Molori

Days dedicated to the exclusive atmosphere of Molori and photo – Super Seven safari, as the Madikwe park is famous for sightings of cheetahs and wild-dogs in addition to the famous Big Five.
