Application may not be
done on behalf of another person. Applications on
behalf of companies/ institutions/ organisations
must be signed by a duly authorised person and must
bear an official stamp.

New application, where
there was disconnection effected, must be
accompanied by a disconnection form. A letter of
acknowledgement will be issued to you upon new

Please settle your
account on or before the 7th day of each given
calendar month. If the 7th day in any given calendar
month is a public holiday, then the day before such
public holiday must be reckoned as the due date for
the settlement of such account respectively.
If your account is not
settled on or before the due date ,the water supply
will be disconnected without prior notice and will
only be reconnected subject to a compulsory payment
of reconnection penalty charges.
If your account is not paid on the 7th
day in each given calendar month, interest will be
charged to your account.
Please compare the
meter readings on your monthly statement with the
meter reading at home to ensure accuracy.
Please monitor your
water meter ones a week , to report leakage and
default on time.
For high consumption
enquiries please do provide the current
reading on your meter.
Report immediately if
your water consumption is estimated for more than
two consecutive months.
- Please ensure to
give access to the municipal meter readers for their
monthly readings. If access cannot be granted please
provide your reading by telephone or in person
between the period of 15th and the 30th of the given

locked gates ,ensure to provide the monthly reading.

that seemed higher than you expected, follow these steps
to track down the reason:
Review your water
usage history to see if there are any trends towards
increased usage at specific times, for example, the
bill might be higher in the summer, due to
the watering of the lawn.
Check your home for
reasons for potential water
these may include: Leaking water faucets, Guests,
remodelling or adding more living space , extra use
of washing machine, extra cooking or entertaining,
washing cars or extra watering of lawns.
